    Custom and Personalized Items:
    We are an online boutique that offers a lot of custom options. Turnaround time for custom design prints usually takes about 5-7 business days. Orders may take up to 3 weeks to be delivered  to your door from the time order is placed depending on the speed of shipping you select.

    We are trying our best to work as fast as possible and will ship out in the order number that was placed. We value customer service so that being said, please be patient while we create your item with the upmost care.

    Additionally, We are not a big box retailer, we are a small shop that strives to provide you with the best quality and latest trends. Please be advised that your orders will not be overnight so please plan ahead if you need them for an event or gift.  If we can delivery faster of course we will.

    • Weekends and Holidays may impact your turnaround time
    • Weekends are not considered a working day (Business days are M-F)
    • Southern Transfers does not and cannot control postal service delivery time, as we are not delivery magicians. This includes the time it takes once we delivery your package to the postal service or any other package delivery service.
    • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages; we will provide you with tracking information with your order update.

    We will not issue a refund if you have not read all product descriptions & our turnaround shipping policies. Each product is described under the product details/description. Before making a purchase, please make sure you have read every detail & information.

    Order Cancellation:

    Orders may be cancelled until they are in production (if customized). If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours, or as soon as possible.  If your item has already been personalized, we will not be able to cancel and refund your purchase.  Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

     

    Returns:

    Unfortunately, we are not offering returns at this moment. Thank you for understanding!

    We do not offer Refunds, we offer Exchanges or Store Credit

    Our shop is strictly base of custom-made orders; therefore, it is hard for us to complete such refunds. We only offer an exchange or store credit

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@milbrandtgroup.com
    • Refunds and store credits are for item cost only, fees and shipping will be deducted from the original product cost.

     

    We do not issue a refund or credit if

    • The order does not arrive due to factors within your control ( i.e. providing the wrong shipping address )
    • The order has arrived based on tracking info and you contacted us later than 48 hours of product issues
    • You decided you no longer want the product
    • The wrong information for customization/personalization was entered

     

    Sale Items (if applicable)

    Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

    Final Sale, Discount Items, or Promo Codes cannot be returned or exchanged
