We will not issue a refund if you have not read all product descriptions & our turnaround shipping policies. Each product is described under the product details/description. Before making a purchase, please make sure you have read every detail & information.
Orders may be cancelled until they are in production (if customized). If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours, or as soon as possible. If your item has already been personalized, we will not be able to cancel and refund your purchase. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Unfortunately, we are not offering returns at this moment. Thank you for understanding!
We do not offer Refunds, we offer Exchanges or Store Credit
Our shop is strictly base of custom-made orders; therefore, it is hard for us to complete such refunds. We only offer an exchange or store credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
- Refunds and store credits are for item cost only, fees and shipping will be deducted from the original product cost.
We do not issue a refund or credit if
- The order does not arrive due to factors within your control ( i.e. providing the wrong shipping address )
- The order has arrived based on tracking info and you contacted us later than 48 hours of product issues
- You decided you no longer want the product
- The wrong information for customization/personalization was entered
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Final Sale, Discount Items, or Promo Codes cannot be returned or exchanged
